Foreign Office's moody hand-painted animation opens Crispian Mills’ weird and wonderful feature starring Simon Pegg in a pair of well-worn briefs. Inspired by Jack the Ripper’s London and the dark tales of Edgar Allan Poe, we also created the microfiche scene featuring the Criminal Stare. Well worth watching!
